Nashua Woman Cited on Drug Charge After Crash: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Haley Mancuso, 23, of Westford, MA, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2017, on charges of aggravated DWI and open container law. Mancuso was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

At 2:02 a.m. on Jan. 19, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Walnut Hill Road at Old Quarry Lane. The driver – Roxana Mason of Nashua – was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries. She was also issued a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Feb. 2, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug.

Jackson Mendez De La Cruz, 18, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on Jan. 19, 2017, on a charge of Operating w/o a Valid License. Mendez De La Cruz was released on $1,200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Devon Jacobson, 19, of Hancock, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2017, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Jacobson was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 2, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
