Amherst Recreation will once again offer educational and enjoyable summer classes at our Peabody Mill Environmental Center! Come out and explore the woods, trails, habitats and animals that surround or are a part of the Center. Explorers will hike and play among the many environmental treasures that make up both the Center and the surrounding Joe English Conservation Reservation.
Outdoor Discovery at PMEC is an updated and new approach to our Hartshorn Summer Program. Fresh programs and ideas will provide kids with a week of fun and excitement along with an appreciation of nature. Our experienced staff will inspire and foster stewardship of our environment while demonstrating the wonders of our natural world. Sign up early and take advantage of our early explorer option!
