POLICE & FIRE LOG: Aggravated DWI

[Wednesday, September 28]

At 12:01 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Nichols Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Franz Flores, 37, of El Paso, TX.

At 5:48 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Kimberly Kolligs, 24, of Amherst, NH and Joshua Wilkins, 20, of Greenfield, NH.

[Thursday, September 29]

At 12:52 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Tanner Ricciardi, 20, of Amherst, NH and Adam Cooper, 27, of Nashua, NH.

At 3:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kristin H. Marchildon, 38, of 17 Mountain Road #2, Jaffrey, NH on charges of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Driving After Suspension. Marchildon was held in lieu of $500 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for September 30, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 5:09 p.m., the Amherst Fire Department responded to Green Road for a reported CO detector activation.

At 6:59 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. The drivers were Alex Johnston, 16, of Amherst, NH and David Wells, 52, of Nashua, NH.
