POLICE & FIRE LOG: Criminal Mischief

[Sunday, Nov. 27]

At 1 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Laura Danforth, 27, of Hudson and Pid Yeagle, 45, of Jaffrey.

[Monday, Nov. 28]

At 1:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kevin T. Quinn, 17, of 116 Beech Hill Road, Mont Vernon, NH on a bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Quinn was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

At 7:45 p.m., the Amherst Police responded to a 3 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Daniel Russin, 31, of Nashua, Theresa Foden, 19, of Nashua and James Morin, 58, of New Ipswich.

At 7:56 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Hollis Road (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Susanne Lavery, 43, of Hollis.

[Tuesday, Nov. 29]

At 7:22 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Cross Road @ Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers Christopher Messner, 41, of Amherst and Carolyn George, 48, of Amherst.

At 12:02 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. The drivers were Susan Forward, 56, of Lavinia, TN and Erin Fifield, 23, of Wilton.

At 4:42 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Amy Lapointe, 37, of Bedford.

At 5:05 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident in the parking lot at 3 Northern Blvd. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Kellie Fitzgerald, 17, of Merrimack and a parked vehicle.

[Wednesday, Nov. 30]

At 7:45 a.m., the Amherst Fire Department responded to Bon Terrain Drive for a reported C O detector activation.

At 3:43 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ryan A. Aloise, 21, of 126 Vine Street #1, Nashua, NH on a charge of Willful Concealment. Aloise was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for December 15, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 4:09 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Chelsey Rae Jernigan, 23, of 126 Vine Street #1, Nashua, NH on a charge of Shoplifting. Jernigan was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 8:12 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Beitel, 19, of 61 Walnut Hill Road, Amherst, NH on a charge of Prohibited Sales. Beitel was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 10:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Fu Kang, 42, of 9 Edgewood Run, Amherst, NH on charges of Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief. Kang was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2011 in the Milford District Court.
