Police & Fire Log: Teen Arrested for Burglary

Thursday, Dec. 1

• At 3:17 p.m., the Amherst Fire Department responded to Buckridge Drive for a reported CO detector activation.
• At 4:39 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Chantel Palmer, 18, of 17 North Meadow Road, Amherst, on a charge of receiving stolen property. Palmer was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15 in Milford District Court.

Friday, Dec. 2

• At 6:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tyler Bradley Rooks, 18, of 354 Route 101, Amherst, on a charge of burglary. Rooks was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, in Milford District Court.
• At 10:24 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nathan J. Curran, 24, of 90 Amherst St. #5, Milford, on a bench warrant issued by Merrimack District Court. Curran was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for Dec. 6 in Merrimack District Court.
• At 11:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Susan Pollio, 43, of 23 Green Road, Amherst on a charge of aggravated DWI. Pollio was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, in Milford District Court.

Saturday, Dec. 3

• At 1:12 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jay Carlton, 24, of 24 Dream Lake Drive, Amherst on charges of disobeying a police officer and possession of a controlled drug. Carlton was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15 in Milford District Court.
• At 4:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Natasha Lynn Ingalls, 25, of 76 Mechanic St. B, Keene on charges of transportation of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug, driving after suspension, failure to obey inspection requirements, and speed. Ingalls was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 29, in Milford District Court.
• At 9:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Katherine E. Harrison, 23, of 113 Currier Avenue, Peterborough on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Harrison was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 29, in Milford District Court.

• At 12:18 a.m., the Amherst Fire Department responded to Georgetown Drive for a reported CO detector activation.
• At 1:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Robert Shawn Kemp, 25, of 80 Davis Road, Westminster, Mass. on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor, transportation of a controlled drug, yellow line violation and speed. Kemp was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 29 in Milford District Court.

• At 10:56 a.m., the Amherst Fire Department responded to Williamsburg Drive for a reported structure fire.
