POLICE & FIRE LOG: Woman Arrested For Disobeying An Officer

[Friday, Feb. 17]

At 9:36 a.m., the Amherst Fire Department responded to Boston Post Road for a reported structure fire.

At 5:55 p.m., the Amherst Fire Department responded to Chestnut Hill Road for a reported vehicle fire.

[Saturday, Feb. 18]

At 3:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two car accident on Route 101A at Route 122. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Rubence Lacombe, 21, of Nashua and Audrey Huntley, 56, of Maynard, MA.

[Sunday, Feb. 19]

At 11:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michael J. Williams, 24, of 1 Purgatory Road, Mont Vernon on a charge of driving after suspension. Williams was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 8, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 10:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Leandro Charbaje de Oliveria, 25, of 95 Powers Street #44, Milford, on charges of disobeying a police officer and possession of a false ID. De Oliveria was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 21, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 7:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Carly Lorden, 19, of Amherst and Kristen Kittredge, 18, of Amherst.

[Monday, Feb. 20]

At 10:48 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Falysha C. Courcy, 24, of 59 Ponemah Hill Road #110, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Courcy was released on $300 personal recognizance  bail, with an arraignment date set for March 8, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
