POLICE LOG: Mass. Man Charged With Drugs And Theft

[Monday, April. 2]

At 5:32 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nathan Roberts, age 32, of 5 Crown Street #A, Nashua on a charge of theft of lost or mislaid property. Roberts was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on April 12, 2012.

[Tuesday, April. 3]

At 12:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Craig Thomas Monahan, 24, of 72 Walker Street #2, Lowell, MA on charges of shoplifting, possession of a controlled drug and theft from a building. Monahan was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 12, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 1:12 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Amherst Street.  No injuries were reported. The driver was  Danielle Moore, 24, of Milford.

At 4:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Andrew James Lavoie, 24, of 11 Willow Lane, Amherst on a charge of theft by deception.  Lavoie was released on $1, 200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 12, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 11:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher J. Jordan, 44, of 73 Liberty Hill Road, Bedford on a charge of driving after suspension. Jordan was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on April 19, 2012.

[Wednesday, April. 4]

At 1:08 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Spring Road (car vs. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Brok-Alan Griffith, 25, of Wilton.

At 4:21 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Truell Road.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Scott J. Stipe, 62, of Merrimack and Tara Lynn Gagnon, age 33, of Merrimack.
