POLICE LOG: Accident Leads to Arrest

[Wednesday, September 14]

At 11:26 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The driver was Jacob Brown, 31, of Milford, NH. Mr. Brown was arrested at the scene for Driving After Suspension.

At 11:26 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jacob Brown, 31, of 21 Crestwood Lane, Milford, NH on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Brown was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on September 27, 2011.

At 1:56 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A at North Hollis Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Monique Olszewski, 31, of Hollis, NH and Barbara Hadad, 67, of Harvard, MA.

At 3:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Brian R. O’Neil, 23, of 163 Wallace Road, Bedford, NH on a charge of Shoplifting. O’Neil was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 27, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 5:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Cheryl Sundberg, 17, of 111 Stowell Road, New Ipswich, NH on a charge of Willful Concealment. Sundberg was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on September 27, 2011.

At 6:02 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Arnold Denis, 21, of 32 Ashley Drive, Milford, NH on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Arnold was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 27, 2011 in the Milford District Court.
