Police Log: Amherst Man Charged with Aggravated DWI After Crash

Incidents

• 3:06 p.m. on June 5, 2015: Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 2:38 p.m. on June 10: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• 11:23 a.m. on June 11: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Middle Street. No injuries were reported.
• 11:4 a.m. on June 12: Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of the Walmart Superstore. No injuries were reported.
• 3:49 p.m. on June 12: Amherst Police Department responded to a three-car accident on Route 101A at Northern Boulevard. Minor injuries were reported.

Arrests

Rebecca Gleason, 27, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on June 9, on charges of driving after suspension, suspended registrations and misuse of plates. Gleason was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Peter Allen Morehouse, 47, of Amherst, was arrested at 3 p.m. on June 9, on charges of aggravated DWI and conduct after an accident. Morehouse was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 17, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Cassandra Souza, 21, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on June 11, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Souza was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015 at the Milford District Court.

Joselyn Cegelka Fuller, 18, of Milford, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on June 11, on a charge of theft. Cegelka Fuller was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Peter Fucci, 22, of Amherst, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on June 12, on a charge of domestic violence. Fucci was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Hunter McMillen, 19, of Westford, MA, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on June 12, on a charge of disobeying a police officer. McMillen was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 16, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
