[Saturday, August 6]

At 3:34 am, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Camp Road. The driver was Scott Lacroix, 43, of Milford, NH. Mr. Lacroix was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.

At 6:52 am, the Amherst Police Department arrested Elizabeth G. Atwood, 23, of 30 Forest Road #4, Wilton, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Atwood was released on $500 PR bail, with a court date set for August 16, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 6:30 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Aylssa N. Warren, 18, of 12 Dale Street, Wilton, NH on charges of Shoplifting and Possession of a Controlled Drug. Warren was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 1, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 6:30 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Falysha C. Courcy, age 23, of 28 Abbott Hill Road, Wilton, NH on charges of Shoplifting, Possession of a Controlled Drug, and Possession of a Controlled Drug w/ Intent to Distribute. Courcy was released on $1200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 1, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, August 7]

At 12:15 am, the Amherst Police Department arrested Scott Johnson, 23, of 111 Old Milford Road #5, Milford, NH on a charge of Shoplifting. Johnson was released on $300 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 1, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 12:15 am, the Amherst Police Department arrested Amanda Miller, 20, of 7 Wellesley Drive, Milford, NH on a charge of Shoplifting. Miller was released on $300 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 1, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 10:22 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Cameron Paul McDonough, age 29, of 36 Back River Road, Merrimack, NH on a charge of Driving After Suspension. McDonough was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 1, 2011 in the Milford District Court.
