POLICE LOG: Car Accidents, Theft

[Monday, August 22]

At 8:10 am, the Amherst Police Department arrested Herbert Rich, 39, of 677 Westford Street, Lowell, MA on a charge of Driving Afte rSuspension. Rich was released on $2000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 15, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

At 4 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Corey James Pickard, 21, of 23 Temple Street #316, Nashua, NH on charge of Theft. Picard was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 1, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, August 24]

At 7:58 am, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The first driver was Thaddeus Rak, 59, of Townsend, MA and the other was Evelyne Delori, 42, of Arlington, MA.

At 2:54 pm, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A @ Route 101. No injuries were reported. The first driver was Joseph Rossetti, 87, of Worcester, MA and the other was James Gernertt, 29, of Pearl, MS.

[Thursday, August 25]

At 4:38 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Meghan Pinault, 28, of 83 Old Wilton Road, Mont Vernon, NH on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Pinault was released on $300 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 22, 2011 in the Milford District Court.
