POLICE LOG: Drug Arrest, Sex Crimes

[Thursday, September 15]

At 3:41 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Bryce H. Newell, 18, of 10 Shelly Drive, Pelham, NH on charges of Sexual Assault and Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Images. Newell was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 27, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

[Friday, September 16]

At 7:14 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. Minor injuries were reported. The drivers were Michael Dubovick, 54, of Nashua, NH and Donald Bordeleau, 50, of Lowell, MA

At 6:39 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident in the parking lot of KFC / Taco Bell. No injuries were reported. The driver was Raymond Larue, 45, of Goffstown, NH, who had hit a parked vehicle.

At 11:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tinker Edward Toy, 31, of 354 Silver Lake Road, Hollis, NH on a charge of Transportation of a Controlled Drug. Toy was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for October 20, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, September 18]

At 9:28 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Ponemah Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Brian Croteau, 54, of Mont Vernon, NH and Lorrie Noble, 58, of Amherst, NH.

At 6:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nicole Lacroix, 17, of 8 Church Street, Greenfield, NH on a charge of Willful Concealment. Lacroix was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on September 27, 2011.
