POLICE LOG: Man Charged With Shoplifting

[Monday, April. 9]

At 12:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Molis, 23, of 130 English Village Road #103, Manchester on a charge of shoplifting.  Molis was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 19, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 1:49 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kaitlyn Renee Makela, 22, of 130 English Village Road #103, Manchester on a charge of receiving stolen property.  Makela was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 19, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 6:07 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Main Street.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Tyler Forbes, 27, of Mont Vernon and Susan Allen, 48, of Amherst.

[Wednesday, April. 11]

At 2:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Stephen P. Murphy, 50, of 93 West Street #11, Milford on a charge of willful concealment. Murphy was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 19, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, April. 12]

At 10:22 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tiffany Moses, 35, of 54 Squire Road, Nashua, NH on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Moses was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 19, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 11:57 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Mary Freeman, 20, of Nashua and Stephen Vetack, age 27, of Milford.

At 1:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Roy Gorton, 32, of 1240 Franklin Pierce Highway, Barrington on a charge of willful concealment.  Gorton was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on April 19, 2012.
