POLICE LOG: Middleton Man Arrested For DWI

[Friday, March. 30]

At 7:55 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A. The driver was Eunice Rodriguez, 43, of Nashua. Rodriguez was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.

At 10:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Yvonne Osta, 27, of 105 Ridgefield Drive, Milford on charges of driving after suspension and possession of a controlled drug. Osta was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 12, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 3:29 p.m., the Amherst Police Department investigated a two-car accident which occurred on the Route 101 off ramp to Amherst Street.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were April-Marie Katsikas, 34, of Manchester and Leah Anne Sargent, 28, of Amherst.

At 6:04 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Paul’s Way.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were William Newman, 56, of Brookline and Cheryl Ann Coombs, 47, of Greenfield.

At 10:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Robert Joseph Middleton, 35, of 9 Merrill Street, Hudson on a charge of DWI. Middleton was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 12, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, March. 31]

At 4:41 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Meadow Brook Crossing.  Minor injuries reported. The drivers were Hugh Meadows, 21, of Milford and Ann Stroehlein, 49, of Milford.

At 11:50 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Tilton, 38, of 25 Forest Road, Wilton on a charge of driving after suspension.  Tilton was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 12, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 12:19 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on County Road.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Dianna Brooks, 16, of Merrimack.
