POLICE LOG: Mont Vernon Woman Arrested For DWI

[Tuesday, May 22]

At 4 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Connor Marc Chareth, 18, of 1 Harvest View, Amherst on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Chareth was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Friday, May 25]

At 10 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Justin Michael Buskey, 22, of 257 Mason Road, Milford on a warrant issued by the US Military. No further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.

At 3:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Craig Everett Rochette, 26, of 22 Hickory Drive, Amherst on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court.  Rochette was held in lieu of $670 cash bail, was arraigned at the Milford District Court on May 29, 2012.

[Saturday, May 26]

At 8:42 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Dodge Road. The driver was Molly Duff, age 19, of Mont Vernon. Duff was taken into custody at the scene for DWI.

At 9:10 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Molly Duff, 19, of 13 Twin Oaks Drive, Mont Vernon on a charge of DWI. Duff was released on a summons to appear at the Milford District Court on June 14, 2012.

At 8:12 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Stephen Lee Annis II, 36, of 268 Concord Street #2, Manchester on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Annis was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 14, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, May 27]

At 12:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Brett Waterhouse, 32, of 24 Risloves Way, Fremont on charges of driving after suspension and failure to obey inspection requirements. Waterhouse was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 14, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
