POLICE LOG: Shoplifter Arrested

[Monday, May. 7]

At 1:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Stearns Road at Route 122.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Robert Lang, 89, of Nashua and Julia Savage, 59, of Milford.

[Wednesday, May. 9]

At 7:13 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Brian Fredette, 29, of 22 Thornton Road, Merrimack on a charge of shoplifting.  Fredette was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 31, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 8:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested David Lambert, 18, of 78 Union Street #2, Peterborough on a charge of driving after suspension. Lambert was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 31, 2012 at the Milford District Court

[Thursday, May. 10]

At 9:54 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Craig Everett Rochette, 26, of 22 Hickory Drive, Amherst on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court.  Rochette was released on $1500 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for May 14, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
