POLICE LOG: Single-Car Accident Leads To DWI Arrest
The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Tuesday, March. 13]
The Amherst Police Department investigated a hit and run accident which occurred in the Souhegan High School parking lot. An unknown driver had hit a parked vehicle.
At 6:33 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a three-car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Kent Sheldon, Â 45, of Milford, Ali Mumtaz Ali, 32, of Manchester and Douglas Lambert, 34, of Allenstown.

[Wednesday, March. 14]
At 11:21 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Courtney Lynn O’Grady, 28, of 10 Lamson Drive, Merrimack on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug.  O’Grady was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 29, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, March. 15]
At 10:28 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Blueberry Hill Road. Â No injuries were reported. The driver was Geoffrey Osborne, 24, of Amherst. Osborne was later arrested for DWI.
At 10:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Joseph Frederick Forcier, 35, of 31 Peace Drive, Jaffrey on charges of habitual offender, disobeying an officer and possession of a controlled drug, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Keene District Court. Â Forcier was released on $900 cash bail on the Amherst charges, with an arraignment date set for March 29, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
At 10:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Geoffrey Osborne, 24, of 19 Buckridge Drive, Amherst on charges of DWI and conduct after an accident. Â Osborne was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 29, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
[Friday, March 16]
At 12:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Shelley Osborne, 61, of 19 Buckridge Drive, Amherst on a charge of Hindering apprehension or prosecution. Osborne was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 29, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 4:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Martha Hall, 70, of 135 Amherst St #6, Amherst on a charge of criminal mischief. Â Hall was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 5, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
