POLICE LOG: Six Arrested For DWI
The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Wednesday, April. 18]
At 4:08 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Old Mont Vernon Road. The driver was Jason Dessureault, 30, of Amherst. Dessureault was arrested for DWI, and was transported to a medical facility for treatment of minor injuries.
At 4:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Dessureault, 30, of 375 Boston Post Road, Amherst on charges of DWI, driving after suspension, and possession of a controlled drug. Dessureault was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same day.

[Thursday, April. 19]
At 12:02 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Jesse Clark, 55, of Jaffrey and Nancy Clarke, 73, of Peterborough.

[Friday, April. 20]
The Amherst Police Department investigated a reported attempted theft from a motor vehicle which occurred in the Walmart parking lot this same date between 12:15 a.m. and 12:45 a.m.
[Saturday, April. 21]
At 12:29 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kevin Michael Martin, 29, of 1 Chiswick Road, Hudson on charges of DWI and speed. Martin was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 10, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
At 3 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kevin M. Kungu, 19, of 171 Emery Ave, Lowell, MA on a charge of DWI. Kungu was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 10, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
At 10:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Taylor Paradis, 24, of 252 Route 13, Brookline on charges of reckless operation, disobeying a police officer, and possession of a controlled drug. Paradis was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 10, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
At 11:26 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The driver was Gregory Eyles, 44, of W. Townsend, MA.
At 11:28 p.m., the Amherst Police Department investigated a single vehicle accident on Old Manchester Road at Route 101. The driver was Brenda Martucci, 64, of Amherst, NH Martucci was later arrested for DWI.
At 11:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Brenda Martucci, 64, of 20 Williamsburg Drive, Amherst on a charge of DWI. Martucci was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 10, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
[Sunday, April. 22]
The Amherst Police Department investigated a report of criminal mischief which occurred on Main Street sometime during the overnight hours. A door to a business appeared to have been kicked, resulting in the lower hinge of the door being broken.
At 8:26 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Adam Furtado, 23, of 11 Nathan Court, Nashua on charges of disobeying a police officer and speed. Furtado was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 10, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
