POLICE LOG: Two Arrested for Aggravated DWI
The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Tuesday, September 6]
At 9:35 am, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. The driver was Gary Gilman, 51, of New Boston, NH. Gilman was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
At 12:53 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Renee Marois, 37, of 22 Cross Street, Nashua, NH on a charge of Shoplifting. Marois was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 27, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, September 7]
At 8:22 am, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Erika Sutherland, 27, of Wilton, NH and Cynthia Healy, 49, of Wilton, NH.

At 8:25 am, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Ponemah Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Sara Derushia, 35, of Amherst, NH and Julianne Kellogg, 26, of Bennington, NH.
[Thursday, September 8]
At 1:30 am, the Amherst Police Department arrested Matthew L. Thompson, 40, of 10 Cottage Street #J, Pepperell, MA on a charge of Aggravated DWI. Thompson was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 27, 2011 in the Milford District Court.
At 5:05 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Maigan Brooks, 17, of 1 Donald Street, Merrimack, NH on a charge of Shoplifting. Brooks was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 27, 2011 in the Milford District Court.
At 10:55 pm, the Amherst Police Department arrested Justin Moge, 28, of 12 Ponemah Hill Road, Amherst, NH on a charge of Aggravated DWI. Moge was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 27, 2011 in the Milford District Court.
