POLICE LOG: Two Milford Men Arrested For Criminal Trespass

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Monday, Jan. 30]

At 2:43 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Thornton Ferry Road II @ Sargent Quarry Lane. No injuries were reported. The driver was Connor Sullivan, 19, of Amherst.

At 8:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jaime L. Zielinski, 29, of 155 Grove Street Ext, Peterborough, NH on a charge of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Zielinski was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 9, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, Feb. 1]

At 12:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michael Guarniere, age 53, of 31 Falconer Ave, Milford, NH on charges of Criminal Trespass and Littering. Guarniere was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 16, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 12:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Roosevelt J. Naciff, age 43, of 37 Falconer Avenue, Milford, NH on charges of Criminal Trespass and Littering. Naciff was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 16, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 11:21 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 3 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Bardford Comjean, 22, of Milford, Sean O’Brien, 41, of Milford and Anne Juris, 33, of Nashua.

At 9:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Yevgeniy V. Tsymbalyuk, 21, of 3627 SW 22nd Court, Gresham, OR on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Tsymbalyuk was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 16, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 3:12 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Daniel Nugent, 21, of 7 Washington Drive, Amherst on charges of Forgery, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft from a Building. Nugent was released on $15,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 16, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, Feb. 2]

At 3:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Mary Church, =22, of 15 Gregoire Circle, Wilton on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Church was released on $400 PR bail, with a court date set for Feb. 16, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
