POLICE LOG: Two Teens Charged For Possession

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Thursday, May. 10]

At 1:43 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Veterans Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Robert Snow, 36, of Wilton and Rebecca Zimmerman, age 19, of Brookline.

At 6:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Devin G. Tully, 20, of 5 Temple Road, New Ipswich on charges of driving after suspension, driving after suspension of registration of vehicle, and displaying an improperly issued inspection sticker. Β Tully was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 24, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 3:48 p.m., the Amherst Police Department investigated a reported accident on Old Nashua Road at Tech Circle involving a bicyclist.

At 11:29 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Matthew Dibona, 20, of 27 Cypress Road, Milford on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Β Dibona was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 31, 2012 in the Milford District Court.

At 11:29 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michael W. Ladouceur, 21, of 49 Valhalla Drive, Milford, NH on charges of possession of a xontrolled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, and open container Law. Ladouceur was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 31, 2012 in the Milford District Court.
