RI State Police Capture Local Man Wanted in Granite State
Samuel Goncalves, 40, of East Providence, is a fugitive from justice, police said.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI—Members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force on Thursday arrested Samuel Goncalves, 40, of East Providence, according to Maj. Dennis B. Fleming, detective commander.
Goncalves is a Fugitive from Justice from New Hampshire, the Rhode Island State Police said.
He was wanted on a New Hampshire Parole Board Warrant for a parole violation, police allege.

Goncalves was processed at the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks and later arraigned before the Third Division District Court.
