“Dwayne Andreasen is a role model for coaches to follow. He is an individual who is interested in the young ladies in his program as athletes and people. He does not coach and forget the athletes after practice is over. He is always looking out for their well being and how he can assist them into becoming better, productive young women.”
“As a coach, I believe that he teaches the total game - from individual skills and techniques to the importance of team play and the strategy that is best for the players he coaches. He does not utilize a team format / formation that is used year after year because that is his style. He looks at his players and looks to put each young lady in the best position for her and for the team and the overall team format can and will change year to year.”

“Dwayne puts effort into addressing every aspect of a program. He plans out daily practices with a season progression, he makes sure they are the best dressed team in the state, he assures that they have the ability to bond and team build, he reminds them of the expectations and responsibility to represent in the best character, he tends to the fundraising and the takes care of all the press and scheduling details. He works tirelessly to make sure that all needs are met and the girls have their best shot at securing a championship.”
“Dwayne does so much for the school, student, and the team on and off the field. Dwayne will go out of his way to help the girls in anyways possible within his abilities, he continues to support his players and follows them into the next level n cares about each and every player that has come through the program.”
“Dwayne Andreasen portrays qualities that many strive for, but not many achieve. Even though he owns his own business, during the months of August through November, his business is put on hold while he throws himself into soccer season with practice planning, team tactics, and game preparation. He is not only a “nice guy,” he is also reliable, dependable, and extremely generous with his time and team gear. He is hardworking, respectful, and extremely helpful. And it just so happens that his team, his pride and glory, finished in first place this year winning the New Hampshire Division 2 State Championship which also happened to be his 100th win! He is proud to be a Souhegan saber, and I am certainly proud to call him one.”
Congratulations to Coach Andreasen as well as all of the nominated coaches.
