Souhegan Baseball: Player Of The Week

Cameron Crook will do anything to help his team be successful.

Each week, the Souhegan baseball team names a Player of the Week. In addition to demonstrating outstanding baseball skills in practices and games, the individual is a role model on and off the baseball field.

The Tenth PLAYER OF THE WEEK for the 2012 season was presented to Cameron Crook. Cameron is a junior, catcher.

During the past week, Cameron hit the ball well in Souhegan's victory against Bedford and a hard fought 3-1 loss to Goffstown. Cameron has worked well with the Souhegan pitching staff.

His leadership and catching skills has been instrumental in the development of the pitchers. He works daily on his own skills to improve his defensive play.

Each day and each game, Cameron has steadily moved his overall play to a higher level. He is not satisfied with his play and wants to be an even better catcher.

He will do anything to help his pitching staff be successful on the mound.
