Strong Winds Knock Out Power Across NH
More than 30,000 customers were without electricity as of 5 p.m. Sunday.

Strong winds knocked down tree limbs and knocked out power to thousands of electric customers throughout New Hampshire on Sunday.
As of 5 p.m., more than 30,000 customers of the state's four main electric utilities were without power, including 46 in Amherst, 218 in Bedford, 897 in Concord, 1,258 in Derry, 27 in Hampton, 30 in Hampton Falls, 150 in Hudson, 75 in Londonderry, 180 in Merrimack, 95 in Nashua, 48 in Portsmouth, 2,013 in Salem and 1,217 in Windham.
Trees, poles and wires have been reported down in Merrimack, Derry, East Kingston, Kensington, Portsmouth and Windham, among other towns.
Many roads have also been closed due to downed limbs and wires.
South Baboosic Lake Road was closed at Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack for a few hours as of 1:40 p.m. on Sunday. It has since re-opened.
A Comcast cable came down across Interstate 93 in Concord just south of Exit 16, blocking both the northbound and southbound lanes.
