Tech Fair 2015: What's New, What's Worth Your Time and What's Not

Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce presents annual event Jan. 22.

What’s new, what is worth your time and what is not in apps, devices, & hardware. The Fair will begin at 8:30 am with a welcome and keynote speech by Stephanie Murphy of Richoh Americas on Information Mobility: Knowing what technology and trends are driving business growth and staying on top of them; realizing the critical value of proper information management to boost productivity and protect sensitive data; and understanding how your changing workforce is working today, and changing right along with them.

Over the past 20 years, Keynote Speaker Stephanie Murphy has focused on Business Development for various clients in New England. Starting out in Direct Marketing and moving toward Software and Hardware solutions, always working for leaders in their respective industries, Stephanie brings more than 20 years of industry expertise in software and systems management solutions as well as marketing solutions to help with driving business initiatives. Stephanie develops discussions around her customer’s business challenges, always bringing into mind how the emerging trends are impacting customer’s ability to maximize Productivity, maintain information Security and or enable Information Mobility. Currently representing Ricoh USA, as a Field Marketing Business Partner, Stephanie excels at being able to help customers with these three key areas of focus, and it all starts with a business conversation.

Three sessions will follow with three presentations running concurrently. Sessions Include:

  • Tips and Best Practices for Using Quickbooks by Sheri-Lynn Fournier of Fournier Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

All are welcome. The Tech Fair will take place at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 3 Craftsman Lane in Amherst (behind Joey’s Diner on Rt. 101A). $10 pp. includes meeting materials, 3 sessions and a light breakfast. Free admission to students with a student ID. The Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce promotes successful relationships for the business and civic community in the eleven towns of the Souhegan Valley. The Chamber supports economic development and growth, as well as valuable local information and referrals to businesses and the general public.
