AMHERST, NH - Kenneth Mackie, 42, of Amherst, was arrested at 7:12 a.m. on March 28, 2016, on charges of simple assault, criminal mischief, and falsifying physical evidence. Mackie was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 28, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Norman Couture, 35, of Milford, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. on March 28, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Couture was released on $385 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for April 11, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Tori Goulette, 38, of Amherst, was arrested at 7 p.m. on March 31, 2016, on charges of simple assault and domestic violence-assault. Goulette was released on $1,200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 31, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Emily Morgan, 32, of Milford, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on March 31, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Rochester District Court. Bail was set at $750 cash, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.
At 4:50 p.m. on April 1, 2016, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of criminal trespass. Court action is anticipated.
