Teens Arrested on Theft, Alcohol Charges: Log

AMHERST, NH - Jason Dana, 35, of Leominister, MA, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Dana was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 4, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Cleveland Jackson, 48, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2015, on charges of driving after suspension and suspended registration. Jackson was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 4, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Michelle Bardas, 42, of Wilton, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2015, on a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor. Bardas was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 4, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Mary Fairfield, 23, of Amherst, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2015, on a charge of theft by deception. Fairfield was released on $1,200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 17, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Willie Miles, 19, of Milford, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on Jan. 24, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and speed. Miles was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 18, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

At 10:34 p.m. on Jan. 24, 2016, the Amherst Police Department detained two juveniles on charges of theft and unlawful possession of alcohol. Court action is anticipated.

Jordan Delgado, 19, of Milford, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Delgado was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on Feb. 18, 2016.
