Teens Charged with DWI, Prowling, Other Charges: Log

AMHERST, NH — Sean O’Neill, 18, of Mont Vernon, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on July 26, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. O’Neill was released on $200 cash bail, with a court date set for Aug. 2, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Alexander Frazier, 18, of Amherst, was arrested at 11 a.m. on July 27, 2016, on charges of DWI, conduct after an accident, and driving after suspension. Frazier was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 3, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Christopher Mitchell, 35, of Hudson, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on July 28, 2016, on a charge of theft. Mitchell was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 1, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Joseph Macphee, 18, of Amherst, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2016, on charges of criminal trespass, breach of bail conditions and loitering or prowling. Macphee was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

Kenneth Whelan, 43, of Brookline, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on Aug. 3, 2016, on charges of DWI and speed. Whelan was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 3, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
