Two Amherst Businesses Voted To Have Happiest Customers

Customer service is a crucial component for any business that wants to keep people coming back for more.

New Hampshire residents chose two Amherst businesses, Casual Cat and The Black Forest Cafe, as having great customer service in a recent WMUR Facebook poll.

Casual Cat specializes in picture framing, unique gifts and artisan jewelry "when it has to be special."

WMUR reported that the business focuses on having a positive interaction with every customer and maintaining communication.

The Black Forest Cafe offers "comfort food with a creative twist," offering unqiue selections from both its dining menu and marketplace.

Voters also favored Gus' Bike Shop on Route 1 in North Hampton, The Meat House in Bedford and Goffstown Hardware in Goffstown. About 300 WMUR Facebook fans cast their vote in the poll.
