VIDEO: Kuster Presses Bass on Budget

Annie Kuster is one of the Democratic congressional candidates starring in this Progressive Change Campaign Committee video, which promises to hold Republicans accountable for votes on the budget and entitlement programs like Medicare.

Kuster, who narrowly lost to U.S. Rep. Charlie Bass in 2010, says in the video she dropped a petition with nearly 3,000 signatures off at the Republican incumbent's office.

As the Talking Points Memo points out, Democrats are happy to draw contrasts and run against the budget proposed by U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan, the Republican from Wisconsin who is emerging as an election year lightning rod.
