VIDEO: Santorum Swings At Obama, Romney

Rick Santorum went after his rivals' records in order to gain some ground with NH voters in Amherst on Saturday.

Rick Santorum is working to separate his record with those of his biggest threats: President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.

The Republican presidential candidate spoke to local voters at Homestead Grocery & Deli in Amherst, where he made it a point to prove that his record is stronger than the others.

He has admitted that he has some catching up to do in New Hampshire, with Romney enjoying a comfortable lead in polls, endorsements and advertising.

This means that Santorum is on the offensive against his biggest challengers and wasted no time in going after Obama first.

Santorum accused the president of "elitist snobbery" in wanting to give every child in America the opportunity to go to college. He explained that children needed to graduate high school, but should be proud to work instead of pursuing higher education.

The candidate also made it a point to group Romney and Obama together when it came to healthcare and entitlements.

"I am the only one in this race who didn't increase an entitlement like Governor Romney did when he was in Massachusetts," said Santorum. "He increased entitlements, i fought to repeal entitlements."

Santorum also jabbed the current NH frontrunner after a loud plane flew over the crowd, saying that it was Romney's private jet.
