“Once again, this arrest was due to the remarkable cooperation of our media partners and the willingness of numerous people to come forward with information about the whereabouts of Sally,” White said in a statement. “All of the tips received pointed to a an apartment on Cady Street in Lowell.”

Tipsters also reported that Sally might be leaving the address soon to avoid arrest since he realized that marshals might be onto his whereabouts. Marshals called Lowell Police and they went to the apartment and arrested him this morning, White stated.
