Description: Easter Seals is seeking a Community Living Manager to provide case management for adult foster care homes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and high risk behaviors in the Manchester/Nashua area. Specific responsibilities will include recruiting, training and monitoring Home Providers, direct care staff and respite providers, maintaining consistent communications with clients, program staff, case managers, guardians, parents, etc and developing treatment plans and ensuring consistent implementation of these plans. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation, Human Services or related field; 3 years relevant experience may be substituted for the degree. The ability to effectively supervise and manage the foster homes’ compliance with agency and state regulations is also required. Prior experience supervising a staff and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. This position requires extensive local travel and the ability to work nights and weekends. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance are also necessary.

Description: This job involves the visual inspection of printed circuit board assemblies in various stages of production. The Level 3 Inspector has the skills to perform three inspection functions in the assembly process, which may include surface mount technology. This function may require soldering and rework skills. The work requires fine motor skill dexterity, accuracy and continuous mental and visual attention. This inspector works with minimal supervision and may be responsible for training others. Work at this level is completed to IPC-A-610 current specifications. The Level 3 Inspector is trained to eventually fulfill the requirements of a Level 4 Inspector. Level 2 inspector must be able to read and interpret a BOM (bill of material), process sheet, methods sheet, OEF and C of C. Communication with Teams, Account Managers, Quality, Engineering, Methods, and Facilitators is required. This is a 2nd shift opportunities available for immediate start.

Description: Our client in Milford has a need for an experienced solderer. This is a temporary opportunity that may go permanent for the right candidate. You will be soldering appropriate size solder spots on negative side of ceramic to ensure proper fit to syntactic foam notch requirements. You must pay close attention to detail and notify supervisor of any discrepant material. You will read Bill of Materials and instructions, clean material using electric eraser and isopropyl alcohol and prepare cut wire with use of eraser brush-wire stripper. You will also weigh and mix epoxy for lamination use and laminate ceramic disk to foam disk. You will be operating a press to secure the disks together. Must have High School education or equivalent experience, 4 months-1 year work related experience, one year solder experience and previous soldering certificate is required. You must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. consistently throughout the day. IPC610 certification preferred. This is a first shift position with start time between 5:30 am and 7 am.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Pre-Sales design and Post-Sales delivery and deployment of storage infrastructure and server/virtualization.
- Bachelor’s degree, (or comparable experience) in Computer Science or related field desirable.
- Ability to make rapid and concise decisions based on sound technical basis.
- Ability to translate Enterprise data center and storage related jargon to diverse groups of technical and non- technical users.
- Five years experience in storage and server/virtualization design, configuration, and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting in storage and server/virtualization issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum technical certification: EMC, IBM, HP, HDS or Dell storage.
- Desirable certifications include VMware, Microsoft, and backup or data protection related technology.
- Knowledge of EMC VNX or VNXe and Cisco UCS a plus.
- This is a remote position working from home. Must reside near a metro airport.
- Flexible hours, on-call support and travel to customer sites (50% travel time) is required.
