Description: The Stock Plan Services function within PI phones is the only PI function that serves active workplace participants. The leader of the Merrimack SPS team is responsible for producing results for both WI (plan sponsor/participant satisfaction) and PI (crossover and conversion). In addition, the Merrimack SPS leader is accountable to the EVP of SPS and will frequently represent the phone operations at the EVP’s staff. This role is also responsible for managing a team of ~100 associates, managers and directors while providing direction and leadership for the broader phone SPS team located in Covington, KY and Salt Lake City, UT. The role will partner with peers across multiple sites and with the WI SPS leadership team to establish strategic direction and execute business priorities for Stock Plan Services.  In addition, they will effectively build a culture that encourages managers to coach and develop their employees and that engages employees to deliver the best customer experience possible.
