Property Specialist

Description: Under the general direction of the Director of Property and Facilities, the Property Specialist provides general maintenance and custodial services at all sites in accordance with the Council’s policies and standards.  The Property Specialist must be able to assess, repair, or locate contractors to repair all systems (electrical, septic, plumbing, HVAC), equipment, buildings, roads and grounds, and must be able to work independently while functioning as a member of the property planning team. The Property Specialist must be flexible in locations and hours of work. The Property Specialist must possess good organizational, record keeping and supervisory skills, and has responsibility for the overall safety and security of the properties. The Property Specialist must deal with emergencies as they arise on our properties including after hours phone calls and site visits.

PT Customer Liaison

Description: Perform a variety of courier duties utilizing a motor vehicle as necessary to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of interoffice mail, customer deposits, outgoing/incoming mail, teller work to the branches, operations center and customer locations.  This includes scheduled and unscheduled pick up and deliveries as dictated by business needs. This position is a part time (20 hours), temporary position.

Description: Direct Support Associates work one on one or in small groups with 2-3 adults who have developmental disabilities to help them work towards achieving greater independence and community integration within all aspects of their lives.  This includes facilitating high quality programming such as volunteerism, employment, socialization, recreational activities and daily living skills within their immediate community.  In addition to facilitating and transporting clients to these activities, Direct Support Associates may also be responsible for physical assistance, personal care as well as behavioral support.  This position is working with three male clients with a behavior plan. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 1st shift.
