Senior Website Manager

Description: The PC Connection Ecommerce team is seeking an experienced professional with demonstrated ecommerce expertise to help grow PC Connection’s online business and deliver a best-in-class web experience. As a right-hand to the Ecommerce Director, this senior staff member will support our business-to-business and business-to-government website expansion efforts while strengthening online revenue / profitability. Responsibilities include: Prioritize web initiatives that are in alignment with the company’s overall strategic and web objectives, gather input from customers, key stakeholders, competitive research, industry developments and website analytics to identify areas of opportunity, partner with ecommerce team, business analysts, business subject matter experts, user interface and visual designers to develop business requirements, provide input into development of ecommerce strategy and function as a point person for all troubleshooting and questions related to Website functionality

Systems and Process Analyst

  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations on new workflow projects to support and enhance existing processes.
  • Assist in the creation of integrated designs and functional specifications for new processes.  
  • Identify and resolve integrity and efficiency issues in the database environment.
  • Provide support and advice to internal users on the effective use of applications and information technology.
  • Provide level-one support for all related applications.  Investigate and resolve application functionality issues as needed.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed to meet business and regulatory requirements.
