What Should Go Here?

Amherst Patch wants to know what its readers want to see in their community.

An empty building left by a closed business can be a great oppurtunity for something great to come into town. 

Cassidy's Grille and Coffee House used to reside at 25 Route 101A in Amherst before closing its doors in December. The restaraunt focused on eco-friendly practices and provided breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

The building used to house J. Beaner’s coffee shop before it was turned into Cassidy's two and a half years ago.

What would you like to see at this location? Do you want another restaraunt, or perhaps a shopping destination that the town sorely needs? Be as creative as you want and imagine what you would like to see in Amherst.
