What's Holding You Back?

Think about it for a second. We all have things that are holding us back in one area or another in our lives. What is it for you? What is it that adds no value to your life, but you continue to allow it to take up space, either in your mind, in your house, or elsewhere? Do you have too much clutter in your mind? Thoughts that don't belong there for one thing. Things that continue to drag you down or discourage you from making a move forward toward a goal or personal challenge you would like to accomplish? Clutter in your home that daily causes you stress and anxiety? Think about those areas, the only way to change them is to determine what they are. Turn off the noises, the television, the computer (right after you finish reading this of course), the phone, etc and take a few moments to evaluate what is not adding peace, value, harmony, or encouragement to your life. Figure out what those things are and write them on a list of "Things To Get Rid Of" and then for the month of May join me in knocking those things off your list. If aint nothing changing ... aint nothing changing... lets decide, commit, and succeed.
