Woman Arrested on Domestic Violence Charge: Log

AMHERST, NH — Matthew Foote, 21, of Bennington, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on April 4, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension, suspended registration, possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and open container law. Foote was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 28, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

On April 4, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated a reported theft which occurred on County Road sometime between Dec. 1, 2015 and April 4, 2016. A chainsaw and auger were taken.

On April 6, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated a reported theft from a motor vehicle which occurred on Austin Road sometime during the overnight hours.

Savong Sao, 34, of Lowell, MA was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on April 6, 2016, on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Sao was released on $500 PR bail, with a court date set for April 28, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Adam King, 26, of Keene, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on April 7, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. King was released on $199 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.
