Jennifer Cox and Adam Spierer of Bedford were named to the dean's list at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, for their outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2011-12 year. Cox, a member of the Class of 2012, is the daughter of Daniel and Mary Cox, and is majoring in history at Colby. She attended Derryfield School. Spierer, a member of the Class of 2013, is the son of Joel and Shelley Spierer, and is majoring in biology with a concentration in cell and molecular biology/biochemistry at Colby. He also attended Derryfield School. Students whose grade point averages were 3.61 or higher were named to the Dean's List.
