At around 4:30 p.m., officers from the patrol division went undercover in plain clothes as part of the sting operation, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.

During the operation, a female officer was standing on the sidewalk when she was reportedly approached by two men – Miranda and Delgado – in an SUV.
“The men asked her to exchange money for sex, so she told them to pick her up in a designated location near Beech Street,” O’Keefe alleged. “She notified a marked police unit to stop the vehicle.”

Both men were then arrested.
About 90 minutes later, police arrested Loan after he allegedly pulled up to the curb in the area of Union and Manchester streets and asked the officer, “How much?”
Fifteen minutes later, Dubois was arrested on Manchester Street near the intersection with Pine Street after an undercover male officer stopped and allegedly engaged in a conversation about exchanging money for sexual favors, O’Keefe alleged.
“Dubois agreed to the exchange of sex for money, so she got into the detective’s vehicle,” he stated in a press release. “A fully marked police cruiser pulled them over on Merrimack Street and Lincoln Street where Dubois was arrested without incident.”
A fifth arrest was made at just before 8 p.m. after another man – Peralta – allegedly stopped his SUV near the Manchester and Union streets intersection, motioned for her to speak with him, and “agreed on exchanging money for sex, so he was arrested and charged with prostitution,” O’Keefe stated.
All involved are expected in court in late July.
During the undercover operation, a man allegedly offered the female officer heroin for sale. The officer followed the man to Monadnock Lane where she allegedly met with Simoneau. The men reportedly separated in an alley but detectives stopped them, according to O’Keefe. Simoneau was allegedly in possession of meth and was charged. He’s due in court today. The other man was not charged, according to police.
