Two officers were called to Cedar Street around 5:30 p.m. to assist Manchester Fire and Rescue teams with a combative subject. When EMTs arrived at the scene, they spoke with a man in a vehicle who was reportedly sweating and appeared to be intoxicated by drugs, the officers alleged. Next to the man – Nazario – officers allegedly found a bag of heroin and he was arrested.

Other officers working in plain clothes on Friday at just before 8 p.m. reportedly were at the Rite Aid on Elm Street focusing on potential drug activity after prior complaints in the area, according to Sgt. Michael Biron of the Manchester Police Department.

“The officers’ attention was drawn to a car entering the lot and pulling in and out of different parking spaces,” he noted. “None of the occupants entered the Rite Aid store to conduct business. As the officers approached the car, the two female occupants were found to be in possession of and preparing to smoke crack cocaine from a crack pipe.”

The women – Leavitt and Pelletier – were then arrested.

On Saturday night, officers were at another city “hot spot” and noticed that there were two men “acting suspicious” inside of a vehicle.

“The officers noted a driving violation offense and stopped the vehicle,” Biron noted. “The driver initially provided a false identity to avoid apprehension on outstanding warrants and not having a valid driver’s license. During the course of their investigation, it was also determined that the driver was in possession of fentanyl as was his passenger.”

West and Taylor were then arrested.

On Sunday night, the officers were again focused on another city hot spot and saw a suspicious vehicle. After two reported driving violations, the vehicle was pulled over. Officers allegedly found paraphernalia, heroin, fentanyl, marijuana, and hash oil inside the vehicle and arrested Beauclair and Bolding.
