Aitken: Repeal the HAB (HB 1216)
Preserve your right to vote the way you want your NH town to develop

The bill to repeal the Housing Appeals Board (HAB) is up for a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, 1/12/2022 at 2:30 PM in the Legislative Office Building.
Everyone who wants to preserve his or her right to vote for the way their town develops, preserve single-family zoning (which is being attacked), save property values and the NH Advantage should write to the Judiciary Committee and ask them to "OTP" the bill, which is HB 1216.
Their address is: HouseJudiciaryCommittee@leg.state.nh.us

No 3-person unelected, unaccountable regional board of developers should be able to override the will of the townspeople when it comes to local zoning issues!
