Alleged Bedford Store Robber Arrested

Chris Valliere of Manchester was arrested two weeks ago after a multi-month investigation of Heaven's Market robbery incident last year.

BEDFORD, NH - A Manchester man was arrested last month for allegedly robbing Heaven’s Market on Boynton Street last year, according to police.

Chris Valliere, 42, of Manchester, was arrested at around 9 a.m. on March 31, 2016, and was released on $10,000 bail.

Police “zeroed in on him as the suspect in the robbery” after investigating the incident that occurred at around 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2015.

According to an alert, the man involved in the robbery allegedly indicated that he had a weapon and demanded cash. No weapon was shown and no one was harmed in the incident, but the robber got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Valliere has a probable cause hearing on April 14, in Merrimack District Court.
