Alleged Drug Dealer Bagged with 300 Grams of Heroin
Elmer Torres was arrested last night allegedly with more than $10K worth of the drug after a traffic stop by a narcotics unit.

Another 300 grams of heroin have been taken off the streets of New Hampshire after Manchester and State Police arrested a local man on drug dealing charges.
Elmer Torres, 35, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 27, 2015, and charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug. He was also placed on hold for a probation/parole violation.

According to police, the NHSP Narcotics Unit along with Manchester detectives thought that Torres might be transporting heroin last night while in Manchester. At the time of a traffic stop, at about 5:40 p.m., he was allegedly driving an Acura on the West Side of the city.
Torres was stopped and police allegedly found 300 grams – 30 “fingers” – of heroin, with a street value of about $10,500.

“They essentially removed 1,500 individual ‘hits’ of heroin from the street with this one arrest,” stated Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.
