Alleged Manchester Shoplifters Arrested: Bedford Police Log

BEDFORD, NH — Colin C. Fletcher, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for receiving stolen property. He was arrested after being served a warrant on Valley Street.

William D. Conley, 44, of New Boston, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Wallace Road and New Boston Road.

Ashleigh R. Bourgeois, 35, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Kilton Road.
Mia Scaggs, 49, of Portland, ME, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident on South River Road.
Erika Rudeda, 24, of Manchester, and Krystal Santiago, 26, of Manchester, were both arrested at 11:18 a.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, on a willful concealment charge each after an alleged incident on Colby Court.
Felicia E. Smith, 22, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 101.
