Alleged Strangler-Assaulter, Thieves, Others Indicted: Roundup

An alleged Hudson ID fraudster, a Manchester man who allegedly stole an AR-15, and man who allegedly stole 65 checks, also all indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in April.

Terrance Cannon, 36, pictured lower middle, of Bridge Street in Manchester, for robbery and criminal threatening, both felonies, allegedly on Dec. 14, 2016, in Manchester. The indictment alleges that he pointed a firearm at the head of another person during the course of a robbery.

James Cassidy, 55, pictured lower right, of Pine Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between September 2015, and May 2016, he allegedly stole 65 checks owned by another person and cashed them for $29,616.85.

Heather Cloutier, 34, pictured upper right, of Highland Avenue in Hudson, on three counts of identity fraud, two counts of receiving stolen property, and four counts of theft by deception, all felonies. In August and September 2016, in Manchester, she allegedly used two other women’s driver’s license to obtain Home Depot gift cards. She also allegedly returned stolen cans of paint to exchange for gift cards. Twice before, according to the indictment, Cloutier has been convicted of theft or other charges.

Matthew Cormier, 33, pictured lower left, of Second Street in Manchester, for second-degree assault and five counts of tampering with witnesses and informants, all felonies, as well as two counts of domestic violence. On Dec. 28, 2016, he allegedly strangled and struck a woman, an intimate partner, in the face. He allegedly attempted to keep her from withholding testimony on that day and other days in December 2016, and January and February 2017, according to the indictment.

Megan Crook, 32, of Hamblet Street in Manchester, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Valley Street in Manchester on March 6, 2017.

Casey Currivan, 33, pictured upper left, of Baker Street in Manchester, for burglary, falsifying physical evidence, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, as well as criminal mischief. On Feb. 21, 2017, he allegedly broke into a front window of a home in Manchester and stole firearms, including an AR-15 rifle. At a traffic stop at 7-Eleven, he allegedly covered the weapons with a blanket.
