Alleged Teen Slasher, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County Superior Court
Amherst habitual offender indicted, convict in Mass. jail indicted on gun, burglary charges, woman indicted on theft charge from Bedford.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Donna Kneeland, 36, of Cartier Street in Manchester, for felony burglary allegedly on May 27, 2017, in Manchester.
Simon Kuol, 20, of Hevey Street in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly exercising control over his mother’s motor vehicle and selling it or giving it to someone without permission allegedly on May 6, 2017, in Manchester.

Andre Laventure, 31, lower left, of MCI Shirley in Shirley, MA, for burglary – a Beech Hill Road home in Weare, felon in possession – a 9 mm handgun, and theft by unauthorized taking – the handgun, all felonies, allegedly on Dec. 7, 2012. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of receiving stolen property in Merrimack County Superior Court in 2004 and firearm violation convicted felon stolen in Boston Federal Court in 2007. Kaelen Leas, 19, lower right, of Pearl Street in Manchester, for second-degree assault and criminal restraint, both felonies, for allegedly cutting a woman’s arm with a knife and keeping her from leaving an address on May 20, 2017, in Manchester. Brian LeBlanc, 33, lower middle, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for theft of lost or mislaid property and receiving stolen property, both felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, conduct after an accident, and false reporting of accidents for allegedly obtaining checks belonging to Adler Hobby LLC and 2005 Toyota Tacoma on May 23, 2017, in Manchester.
Timothy Lemieux, 30, of Laval Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on Jan. 6, 2017, in Manchester.
Brandon Limardo, 21, of Clinton Court of Lawrence, MA, for second-degree assault for allegedly fracturing another person’s face after striking said person on Nov. 14, 2016, in Manchester.
Neil Livengood, 35, of Hall Street in Manchester, for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence and criminal threatening with a deadly weapons-domestic violence, both felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault for allegedly putting a knife to a woman’s throat, a family member, on May 7, 2017, in Manchester.
Tabitha MacDonald, 35, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl allegedly on March 6, 2017, in Manchester.
Susan M. Makula, 59, of Amory Street in Manchester, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing fasteners on Sept. 23, 2016, in Bedford.
Stephen J. Marshall, 50, of Pine Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to dispense allegedly on May 10, 2017, in Manchester.
Craig Martin, 52, of Somerville Street in Manchester, for felony habitual offender, resisting arrest or detention, and conduct after an accident after driving on Valley Street on June 12, 2017, in Manchester.
Gregory Martucci, 36, of Williamsburg Drive in Amherst, for felony habitual offender, driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor-second offense, and disobeying an officer allegedly on Beech Street on April 19, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of OUI in Manchester District Court in July 2008.
