Alzheimer’s Association Offers Free Healthy Living Program

Healthier Living for Your Brain and Body will be discussed on Jan. 30, 2018, in Bedford.

BEDFORD, NH - From the Alzheimer's Association of Massachusetts: The Alzheimer’s Association will host a free program on healthy aging on Tuesday, January 30, from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the Alzheimer’s Association Bedford office, 166 S River Road.

Healthier Living for Your Brain and Body, will address research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement to promote a brain-healthy lifestyle.
